As a CX Manager, you’ll lead efforts to design and deliver exceptional customer journeys, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty by continuously improving touchpoints and driving innovative customer-centric strategies. 

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in customer experience management or a similar role, with a focus on improving customer satisfaction. 

  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and experience optimization strategies. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and data to make informed decisions. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • Experience with customer service or customer support processes is a plus.
